Bible Minute: Where Art Thou?

In Genesis 3 we read that God called for Adam and said, “Where art thou?” This question proved 2 things. First, that Adam was lost, and 2nd that God was looking for him. In Genesis 3 we have the root of sin. Through the disobedience of the first man Adam, sin entered into the world and with it came death. Later in this chapter the Lord told Adam “dust thou art and unto dust shalt thou return.” Mankind is lost because of Adams sin, and there is no hope for us apart from a redeemer. Christ Jesus came into the world to undo the work of Adam. Through the obedience of the one man, Jesus Christ, the many will be made righteous. Have you received Him as your Savior from death?
