Bible Minute: Men, Are You Fulfilling Your Role?

In Genesis 2:18 we read that God wanted to make for Adam an help meet for him. Adam was the image and glory of God and was to rule the earth for God's glory. So how was the woman to be a help? She was to be Adams companion and assist him as he represented God and raise a family. The woman was taken not from adams head, so she might run him. And she was not taken from adams foot so he can trample her. But she was taken from his side, close to his heart, so he might love her. The head of the woman is the man, and he has this responsibility from God. Men, are you filling your role, or are you making your wife take the lead in spiritual matters? Read Ephesians 5.
